- Sites/Formats/Times for 2008/2009 Meetings:
* Fall meeting: Tuesday, October 30, 2008 – Located at St. John Fisher, 9am-11am
* Winter meeting: Friday, February 13, 2009 – Online (web conferencing hosted by Genesee or SU), 1pm – 3pm
* Spring meeting: Friday, May 29, 2009 – Located at SUNY Brockport, Noon – 2pm
* Summer meeting: Thursday, August 27, 2009 – Tentatively located in Ithaca, either at Ithaca College or Cornell ILR (time TBA) - Ponderable presented by Nancy Abrams: Technical/Functional competencies - aka skills and knowledge- Have they been forgotten?
- Website: Discussed improving website. Needs content: previous ponderable slides, contact information for executive committee, outgoing links. Stanton to provide admin credentials to executive committee (done); hire a student helper to improve site in January
- Dues: Authorized the collection of annual dues, $20 for regular, $10 for student members, starting in January. Treasurer to start a PayPal account to collect the money. Will put a PayPal link on the site to receive money once account is established.
